The body is the vessel that carries you through life…everyday. Often times we keep going and going before we stop and realize the body may need a little love. We are not just taking the exercise, although exercise is wonderful. We are taking body scrub, mini self massage, foot care, polishing and buffing.

Stimulating the skin, a major organ of the body helps to clear out toxins, polish and rejuvenate the body. This in turn creates a rejuvenating experience that contributes to a relaxed mind.

The mind is what strengthens or weakens what we do, and keeps us feeling good or worn. The mind triggers the way our bodies perform, or skin looks, our digestion, and other physiological processes.
